About the Role As HR Director, you will have a key role in the bank's continued development. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the bank's management team. You will work closely with the business and have significant influence over matters concerning culture, leadership, talent acquisition, and organizational development. In the role, you will, among other things: • Drive and further develop the bank's overall HR strategy • Provide proactive support to the CEO and management team on strategic and operational HR matters • Lead and develop work on culture, self-leadership, and values-driven leadership • Develop leadership programs and support managers in their development • Ensure effective and modern HR processes in areas such as recruitment, employment law, workplace environment, competency development, and compensation • Work with organizational structure, role clarity, and long-term talent acquisition • Drive the development of digital HR tools and work methods • Strengthen the bank's attractiveness as an employer and further develop employer branding efforts Who Are You? We believe you are a confident and engaged HR leader who combines strategic perspective with operational capability. You have the ability to build trust, establish relationships, and at the same time drive change in a structured and business-like manner. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: • Relevant academic education in HR/personnel science or equivalent • Several years of experience with qualified and broad HR work • Experience with change management, culture work, and organizational development • Experience working closely with management and managers on strategic matters • Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace environment, and union cooperation • Experience developing HR processes, structures, and work methods • Experience with leadership development and manager support • Good understanding of talent acquisition and long-term organizational development We prefer that you have worked in several different industries and ideally have experience from the service sector. You have a strong interest in people and are passionate about HR and its importance for the business. We expect that you are highly communicative, have the ability to create engagement through close relationships, and are driven by creating value together with others.
