About the Position This position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is handled through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Hydroscand. About the Company Hydroscand's Global Business division manufactures hose and pipe applications for the automotive industry, with particular focus on heavy vehicles and powertrains. As a long-standing partner to several well-known OEM players, they deliver both smaller and larger volumes with high demands on quality, documentation, and production efficiency. Operations are primarily in Sweden with two units, one in Göteborg and one in Örebro, as well as in Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, and China. Total employees are approximately 300 in Europe. Here you work in a production environment with short decision-making paths, high accountability, and close collaboration between functions. Sales, engineering, and production work together, and the culture is characterized by freedom with responsibility. Hydroscand continuously invests in improvements to secure and expand its market share in the OEM segment. Responsibilities As HR Director, you'll have a central role in developing and coordinating HR work within Hydroscand's operations. The role is divided between local HR support for the Göteborg factory and overarching HR work at the division level. You report to division management and participate in leadership groups where you're expected to contribute both strategic perspective and operational support. A major part of the assignment involves supporting and developing the organization's managers. You serve as an advisor on labor law, rehabilitation, collective agreements, personnel matters, and leadership issues, while helping the business create better conditions for sustainable and professional management. In parallel, you drive the development of shared HR processes, structures, and methods across multiple factories. An important focus area is creating a more data-driven organization by establishing shared KPIs, improving reporting, and enabling relevant comparisons between operations. You'll also be an important part of competency planning, succession, change management, and organizational development. The role involves international contacts and travel to the division's factories, approximately five days per month, primarily to Finland and Czech Republic. You will, among other things: Support managers on labor law matters, rehabilitation, personnel issues, and leadership Develop and harmonize HR processes, procedures, and methods across multiple factories Drive strategic HR initiatives within the division and actively contribute to leadership group work Work with monitoring, analysis, and KPIs to create more data-driven HR work Support the business in recruitment, succession, competency planning, and organizational development Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities Several years of experience in a leading HR role, such as HR Director or senior HR Business Partner Experience from manufacturing industry or other business-oriented production environment Good knowledge of labor law and experience working in environments with collective agreements Experience with change management, organizational development, and management support Fluent Swedish and good English skills, both spoken and written Valid driver's license (Category B) We believe you're someone motivated by building, developing, and improving.
