We are looking for a committed HR Manager who wants to take a key role in our continued development.

As HR Manager with us, you have overall strategic and operational responsibility for our HR work. You are part of the company's management group where you contribute to our overall governance and development with a clear HR and employee perspective. You report directly to the CEO.
You lead and distribute the work of our HR department, which in addition to you consists of three committed employees. Together you provide support and service to the company's managers for good employee and leadership. A major focus ahead is to drive our internal development and culture work and a more cohesive organization.
Duties
Lead, initiate and drive the organization's development and culture work as well as core values issues
Lead, motivate and develop the three HR department employees: senior HR partner, HR administrator and occupational health engineer
Drive and implement the organization's HR strategies, processes and policies
Participate in the company's management group and drive strategic issues from an HR perspective
Interpret and apply laws and collective agreements
Lead the organization's cooperation and negotiations with trade unions
Responsible for overall competency supply, management development and systematic work environment work (SAM)
Qualifications
Who are you?
To succeed in the role, you are a receptive, confident and communicative leader with high integrity and a natural ability to inspire change. You have an excellent ability to build relationships and create trust at all levels of the organization. You are structured, strategic and development-oriented, and have a good understanding of the importance of operational HR work.
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant academic degree in HR/personnel science or equivalent
Several years of experience in broad, qualified HR work within the public sector
Documented experience of management and leadership
Good knowledge of employment law and solid experience working with collective agreements
Experience of union cooperation and strategic management group work
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious are:
Experience of, among other things, Developmental Leadership (UL), Developmental Employeeship (UM)
