About the Role We are in an exciting development phase where HR plays an important role in creating conditions for both business advancement and a strong employee experience. As HR Director, you have overall responsibility for HR within the FM Mattsson & Mora Armatur business area. You lead the HR function's work in line with the business's goals and needs, and you support management and leaders on matters related to leadership, organization, talent management, culture, change, and labor law. You work in an operation with various collective agreement areas where collaboration between the business, managers, and union representatives is a natural and important part of your mission. Your team includes one HR Partner and two Payroll/HR Administrators. You report to the Business Area Manager FMM & MA, are part of the business area's management team, and are based at the head office in Mora. Your role also includes a coordinating function for the group's HR matters. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Lead, develop, and follow up on HR work with a focus on business value, quality, and efficiency. Drive and structure the company's leadership development to ensure clear and business-oriented leadership at all levels in the organization. Drive development and digitalization of HR processes that strengthen both managers' capabilities and employee experience. Develop work on culture, values, and employee engagement in close collaboration with management and leaders. Support, coach, and challenge managers on matters related to leadership, organization, labor law, and change. Manage the company's employer relations and drive collaboration and negotiations with union organizations. Ensure structured work with talent management, recruitment, and onboarding to strengthen the organization's long-term capabilities. Be an active and driving force in the management team's work and integrate the HR and culture perspective into all strategic business decisions. We are Looking for You You have relevant academic education in HR, personnel science, behavioral science, or equivalent experience. You have a good commercial understanding and see HR as a tool for achieving the company's business goals. You have several years of experience in broad, qualified HR work, preferably in a strategic and leading role. You are motivated by building an organization and culture where goals, follow-up, and feedback are natural components. You have good knowledge of change management and leadership. You are used to working closely with managers and leadership and can translate business needs into concrete HR initiatives. You have experience developing HR processes and driving improvement work that creates long-term value. You have experience with union collaboration, negotiations, and employer matters. You communicate clearly and confidently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
