About the Position As HR Director, you have overall responsibility for HR work within your region and are an important part of the regional management. You serve as a strategic and advisory support to the business leaders and help ensure that the business achieves its strategic and operational goals. By challenging, supporting, and developing the business, you contribute to long-term business success and an attractive workplace. Construction Division operates in an industry where competency supply is one of our most important future challenges. An important task in this role is to work with managers to attract, develop, and retain the right competencies to meet the business's long-term needs. Together with the HR team, you ensure that the business receives professional and business-oriented support across all HR areas. This includes: Competency supply and talent management Leadership and organizational development Employment law, collective agreements, and labor relations Work environment, health, and rehabilitation Wages, performance, and compensation matters Diversity, equality, and inclusion Change management and implementation of new ways of working As HR Director, you have personnel and budget responsibility for your HR team and are responsible for ensuring that HR work is conducted in line with Peab's guidelines, values, and group-wide HR strategy. You report to the HR Director of the Construction Division and are part of both the HR management group and the regional management group. As you work toward a region with employees and operations across a larger geography, travel with overnight stays is part of the role. About You We are looking for you—an unpretentious and inspiring leader with a strong business interest and a good ability to build trusting relationships at all levels. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and able to translate strategic goals into concrete activities that make a difference in the business. You thrive in a role where you can combine a holistic perspective with practical implementation and where you work with many different stakeholders. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified, business-oriented HR work who is ready to take the next step in your development. Perhaps you currently work as an HR Director, HRBP, or in a similar role and are ready to take greater responsibility for both operations and employees.
