Your Responsibilities As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the organization's leadership and serve as a qualified resource on matters related to employees, leadership, and organization. You will drive the P&C agenda proactively and provide advisory services and coaching in multiple areas, with a focus on strengthening leadership, developing teams, and creating a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advisory services and coaching to leaders in the P&C area. - Handle workplace environment, health, and wellbeing matters. - Support the organization with labor law and collective agreement-related questions. - Manage Employee Relations and various employee matters. - Advise on Total Rewards. - Support leadership and team development. - Work with employee engagement and employee experience. - Drive and develop P&C-related initiatives and processes. - Support leaders and employees with digital solutions and self-service. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you are confident, self-driven, and business-minded with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization. You are proactive and solution-oriented, and you dare to identify needs, opportunities, and risks while driving matters forward. At the same time, you are an unpretentious team player who enjoys collaborating with and coaching others. Qualifications: - Relevant academic background in HR, personnel management, or equivalent - At least 5 years of relevant work experience in HR/P&C - Experience working independently with qualified HR/P&C matters - Experience serving as an advisor and coach to managers and leaders - Ability to combine strategic HR work with operational and day-to-day people matters - Experience identifying and driving development initiatives within the people area - Strong ability to collaborate with different functions and specialist areas - Experience working close to the business and understanding operational needs - Strong communication skills and ability to build trust at different levels in the organization - Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing Scope and Start Date Full-time consulting assignment through March 5, 2027.
