Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to work close to operations and contribute to a transformation journey? As an HR Business Partner at Lantmännen Maskin, you'll receive an independent assignment with significant influence. You'll become a qualified support to managers and help the business develop sustainable working practices, secure leadership, and a culture where responsibility, collaboration, and business are at the center. What you'll be doing As an HR Business Partner, you'll work broadly across the entire HR agenda and independently manage management support within your assigned business areas. You'll provide consultative and practical support on matters including labor law, union processes, organizational changes, work environment, leadership, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. The role requires you to switch between long-term development and operational matters. You'll develop, implement, and follow up on HR processes, guidelines, and management support. An important part of the role is to support managers in labor law matters, personnel issues, union cooperation, and to independently drive negotiations. You'll also lead development projects, training sessions, and workshops, as well as drive change initiatives. By capturing the business's needs and translating them into concrete improvements, you contribute to both business objectives and the HR function's continued development. The business is undergoing a transformation journey, and you'll actively identify improvement areas, tackle complex issues, and drive the work through to implementation. You'll collaborate with HR team colleagues and actively contribute knowledge, perspectives, and support in shared matters. This is a parental leave substitute position with a desired start in December 2026 and running through January 2028. You'll be based at Lantmännen Maskin's office on Bjurögatan in Malmö and report to the HR Manager. Travel to the business's various facilities will occur. What you need to succeed and thrive You have: Several years of broad experience in qualified, operations-focused HR work, where you've independently driven multiple parts of the HR agenda and provided support to managers. Experience from organizations with both salaried and collectively employed staff. Practical and current knowledge of Swedish labor law, as well as experience with union processes, negotiations, and complex personnel matters. Experience with change initiatives and developing, implementing, or training within HR processes and work methods. Relevant higher education or university degree in HR, behavioral science, organization, and leadership, or equivalent competence acquired through professional experience. Strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Preferably, experience from the industrial sector and a geographically dispersed organization. Experience with the motor industry agreement is a merit. You are: Independent and take significant personal responsibility for your areas and drive work forward.
