We are now seeking an HR Assistant for our Human Services team in Stockholm!
About the Role
We are expanding our Human Services team and are looking for you to take the step into the role of HR Assistant on a part-time basis with us. In this role, you will work closely with our consultant care department and gain valuable insight into day-to-day HR work.
The tasks are varied and will give you the opportunity to develop within several areas of HR and gain a broad understanding of the entire employee lifecycle. This is a developing role for you who want to build a solid foundation within HR.
Your main responsibilities:
Be a point of contact for consultants and provide support on employment-related matters
Prepare materials for payroll processing and support the organization with HR administration
Your Profile
We are looking for you who are studying a relevant post-secondary education and have at least two years left of your studies. You have a strong interest in HR and want to deepen your knowledge in the field.
You are comfortable reaching out to new people and feel confident using the phone as a natural work tool. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in HR work is a merit.
Start: Immediately
Placement: Kungsholmen, Stockholm
Scope: 2–3 days per week
