About the Role In this role, you are responsible for operational execution with supervisory responsibilities. You will work broadly across our event, exhibition, and banquet offerings. One moment we are working with a banquet or exhibition for many thousands of guests, and the next we are serving a smaller party an exceptional dining experience, always with the goal of meeting and exceeding expectations. We would like to see that you have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Banquet Captain and are passionate about your profession, as well as believe it is important to be engaged and involved in your work team.
