Quality, experience, and good leadership are important parts of your work. We're looking for you who love the restaurant industry and are seeking a new challenge. Responsibilities As Head Server, you will be partly responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant with accompanying personnel responsibility, especially when the main manager is absent. The role includes: - Preparation work, work supervision, delegation, and customary service tasks. - Leading and distributing work in the dining room before, during, and after service. - Contacting and following up with guests during their visit. - Ensuring the dining room maintains good flow and that the schedule is followed. - Holding briefings with your team before and after service. We believe you - Have several years of experience from à la carte serving. - Have worked and thrive in a supervisory role and have modern and inspiring leadership. - Have good knowledge of both food and beverages. - Have the ability to work according to given processes and solve problems you encounter on your own. - Have a structured way of working. - Can communicate well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
