You have worked as a head waiter before, have experience leading work teams and training new staff. We are a small family-owned restaurant that has been around for 23 years. We change our menu frequently based on ingredients and season, the same applies to wine. This is a position that is 100% service-oriented, mostly evenings but some day shifts as well.
