Service Staff at Krusmyntagården – Season 2026 Just a stone's throw from the sea, approximately 10 km north of Visby, lies Krusmyntagården – one of Gotland's most beloved destinations for over 50 years. We offer a wonderful combination of herb garden, shop, restaurant, grill kitchen, café, and major summer concerts featuring some of Sweden's finest artists. For the 2026 season, we're looking for cheerful, driven, and service-minded people who want to help create fantastic experiences for our guests – both in our daily operations and during our concerts. About the Role As a service staff member with us, you'll be an important part of the whole operation. Your tasks may vary depending on location and time of day: Daytime: Serving lunches and beverages Guest interactions in a nature-inspired setting Evening (Grill kitchen & dinner service): Maître d' role Serving buffet and beverages Focus on warm and welcoming hospitality Collaboration with the grill kitchen and kitchen team Concerts: High-paced service Bar sales and guest service in a wonderful festival atmosphere An energetic and fun work shift where teamwork is key Who Are We Looking For? We're seeking someone who: Loves providing service and creating wonderful interactions Works well in a team and helps where needed Remains flexible and positive even when things get busy Enjoys a varied workday with both calm and intense moments Has previous experience in service or bar work (preferred but not required) For us, the right personality and attitude matter most! Working Hours and Season Varying hours: day/evening/weekend depending on role Option to work the full season or part of it (April–October 2026) Driver's license and car are advantageous as public transportation is limited Accommodation available if needed Application Positions are filled on a rolling basis.
