Agaton is a high-paced restaurant with a strong identity and a long tradition of excellent service. Now we are looking for a maître d' who wants to help us further develop our dining room and guest experience. About the role As maître d' at Agaton, you are the restaurant's face to the outside world. You lead the daily operations in the dining room, ensure professional and warm hospitality, and make sure that both guests and staff have a safe and well-structured service experience. You work closely with the restaurant manager and kitchen to create an efficient flow and an overall experience that maintains high quality. We are looking for you who Have at least 5 years of experience working in a dining room, preferably in the role of maître d' or server with leadership responsibilities. Are confident in leading a team, delegating tasks, and creating a positive work environment. Have a genuine interest in service, guest hospitality, and restaurant operations. Are communicative, stress-resilient, and experienced in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Have good experience with booking systems, POS systems, and payment flows. Value working in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner even under high pressure. We offer A workplace with high pace, strong community, and clear procedures.
