About the role: We are now looking for a colleague for our reception team who is driven by providing excellent service and enjoys working with planning and logistics. As a receptionist with us, you will welcome our guests and make their first impression – often after a long journey. Therefore, a genuine interest in service is important for you to thrive in this role. In your daily work, you will handle booking inquiries (over the desk, phone, and email), check guests in and out, assist with questions throughout the day, and serve from the reception café. The reception is not only the face of the hotel outward but also the hub for communication between the housekeeping department and the kitchen/restaurant. It is therefore important that you understand the value of good communication and proper planning. We are looking for colleagues who can easily absorb new information and share it with others in a clear and pleasant manner. The position includes: standard reception duties as described above cash handling café/bar service provide "tourist information" for all guests and non-guests assist housekeeping and food service as needed largely weekend and evening shifts Who are we looking for? You are passionate about good hospitality and want to provide our guests with the best possible service. You should be attentive and not afraid of multitasking. Good work ethic, cheerful attitude, and reliability are three important qualities we are looking for. Previous experience is desirable. Knowledge of the booking systems Hotsoft & Bookvisit is a plus.
