We are now looking for a dedicated and positive team member for a combined role as breakfast host and hotel receptionist. No two days are the same with us. One day you welcome guests at check-in, the next day you set up a lovely breakfast buffet or help guests with tips about the local area. That's why we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and likes to go the extra mile. Your Responsibilities Welcome and assist our guests at the reception. Check-in and check-out. Bookings via phone, email, and booking systems. Answer questions and provide the best possible service. Prepare, serve, and maintain our breakfast buffet. Basic cleaning and preparations in the breakfast room. Contribute to making the hotel feel welcoming and pleasant for both guests and colleagues. We Believe You Are service-oriented and enjoy meeting people. Have a positive attitude and great self-motivation. Are flexible and enjoy varied work tasks. Can work independently and take your own initiative. Are thorough, responsible, and appreciate order and organization. Speak and write Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus. Have good computer skills. Experience in hotel or reception work is a plus, but your personality is just as important. About the Position Approximately 85%. Working hours vary and include early mornings, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts. Start date by agreement.
