We are now hiring a hotel receptionist for Livington Hotel in Vinsta/Vällingby. Livington Hotel is a modern hotel with 105 rooms. A permanent position is offered. Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends. Our PMS is called Mews and we use Vingcard. We have a collective agreement. Salary according to agreement. For this position, we require that you speak and write English and Swedish fluently. Job Responsibilities The job responsibilities include standard reception tasks such as booking, room allocation, check-in and check-out, sales, and cleaning. Being able to serve food and beverages and assisting with breakfast is part of the work. We are also looking for employees who can work weekdays and weekends. Qualifications: - can express yourself flawlessly in speech and writing in both Swedish and English - have good computer skills, master Microsoft Office and have knowledge in one or more booking systems, we use MEWS - are service-oriented, stress-resistant, communicative and willing to go the extra mile - can work independently - have a few years of experience from hotel reception Applications should be sent to: [email protected]
