We are now looking for a skilled, service-oriented employee for varied tasks such as: service, bar, breakfast, reception, and cleaning of our common areas. As a service host, you work alongside the rest of the hotel team and create a world-class guest experience. In the role of service host, you work within several areas of responsibility that all contribute to the guest's overall experience. What does the role of service host entail? As someone working with us, you are often the first person guests meet at our hotel, whether in reception, the breakfast room, or our restaurant. Therefore, it is very important that you have a warm demeanor and pay attention to details and guest needs. You have a genuine interest in food and beverage and like order and tidiness, both in your own work and your colleagues' work. All to give our guests a fantastic experience. Your main tasks will be serving food and beverages, breakfast host, receptionist, and perhaps most importantly, keeping our spaces clean and well-maintained. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed. Who are you? To fit this role, we believe you have at least five years of experience in similar work or service-driven operations. Since the work largely consists of communicating with guests, strong Swedish and English language skills are essential. If you live outside Vännäs, a driver's license is a must, as current train and bus connections don't accommodate all work schedules. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and overall results. It's also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. We are looking for an employee who is seeking permanent employment and wants to become part of Hotel Vännäs. Job information: This position is a fixed-term part-time employment at 75% with the possibility of more. We only accept applications via our email.
