We are now seeking an engaged and driven Hotel Manager for a hotel in Kristianstad. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and become a key person in ensuring high quality, satisfied guests, and a well-functioning team. As Hotel Manager, you will work closely with both staff, guests, and management. You thrive in an operational role where you can combine leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel Lead, coach, and develop the team Ensure high service quality and a first-class guest experience Oversee procedures in reception, housekeeping, breakfast, and other hotel functions Handle scheduling and staff planning Monitor key metrics and work to improve the hotel's performance Handle guest feedback and ensure that any issues are resolved professionally Collaborate with external partners and suppliers We are Looking for You Have experience from the hotel industry, preferably in a leadership role Are confident in your leadership and enjoy developing people Have a strong service focus and understand the importance of details Are solution-oriented and accustomed to taking responsibility Have a good understanding of the hotel's various departments and operational workflows Communicate fluently in Swedish and English Meriting Qualifications Experience as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar Experience with hotel booking systems Experience with budget and P&L responsibility Experience with staff planning We Offer A central role in the hotel's continued development Opportunity to influence and create improvements Varied work with significant personal responsibility A work environment where quality and guest experience are in focus Location: Kristianstad Employment Type: Full-time Start: By mutual agreement Does this sound like the right next step for you?
