Requirements for the position: Education in hotel & restaurant management or similar professional training Mastery of both classical and modern cooking techniques Comfortable working evenings and weekends Responsible and accustomed to working with a focus on quality Meritorious if you have experience with holiday buffets and event catering A true team player The Position: Fixed-term/seasonal employment by agreement.
