At that time, the first students started, a class cohort of children born in 2013. The school has since been filled from below and has grown by one class cohort each year. This school year, the school consists of students in preschool through grade 6. In the 2028/2029 school year, the school is planned to be fully developed as a preschool-grade 9 school with capacity for 550 students. Our school was completed in August 2023 when we moved into brand new, unused premises. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to help create a school where every student feels seen, heard, and inspired? We are seeking an engaged teacher who wants to help develop our pedagogical activities and contribute to building our future secondary program. Together with us, you will build a school where relationships are the foundation for learning and development. The position encompasses approximately 80% during this school year. Since the school is in development, the position could eventually transition to a full-time art teacher position. However, during the initial period, you will also need to teach English. Together with your colleagues, you stimulate students' development by creating a meaningful and safe school day. You see potential in every student and actively work to build strong relationships with both students and guardians, which is crucial for a successful school experience. QUALIFICATIONS You are a certified primary school teacher with qualifications in art for teaching in the upper grade levels. As an educator, you are responsible, engaged, and have a relational approach where the student is always at the center. You meet every student with respect and recognize the individual's needs and circumstances. You have good insight into the school's governing documents and can implement them in practice in a way that creates meaningful learning. With a solution-focused attitude and an analytical approach, you work systematically to achieve high results. We are looking for someone who is innovative, flexible, and collaborates easily.
