The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and health and medical care in the home, individual and family care, and care and nursing facilities. We have five care and nursing facilities located in different parts of the municipality. Solrosen and Ryttershov are located in the beautiful central parts of Ulricehamn, while Ekero, Parkgården, and Hökerumsgården are situated in the nature-rich outskirts of the municipality. JOB DUTIES Your primary task is to provide each person with the care and support they need, always with the individual at the center. With us, you will experience varied and meaningful work where you combine independent responsibility with close collaboration. To create the best possible everyday life for our residents, you work in a team together with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care. Together, we strive to offer a safe, active, and comfortable environment where each person has the opportunity to live as independently as possible. In your role, you work with care and support according to the Social Services Act, and you also perform delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You are close to the resident in their everyday life and contribute to everything from personal care and meal support to social companionship and reassurance. The work also involves participating in important forums such as team planning meetings, team meetings, and incident meetings, all to ensure safe and professional care for our elderly residents. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who enjoys creating safety, participation, and joy in everyday life. If you have experience working with people with dementia diagnoses, that is highly valued. We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant. It is important to us that you want to contribute to safe, professional, and dignified care for our residents. We value that you are resourceful and creative, and that you have a good ability to create participation both with your colleagues and with the residents. You work independently, are flexible, and like to share your knowledge. We also see that you are courageous, committed, positive, and willing to be a bit stubborn when needed. Language skills beyond Swedish are valuable, but it is important that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You also need good documentation and computer skills, as we work digitally in our daily operations and create implementation plans focused on individual needs. Working hours are varied, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. This is something you are comfortable with to have a dynamic and varied work week. With us, you work every other weekend. There is very limited public transportation to Hökerumsgården, so we would like to see that you have a driver's license and access to a car. Employment form: Permanent employment.
