The Göinge Bil Invest group consists of three different divisions: Göinge Bil Personbilar, Göinge Bil Lastvagnar, and our Toyota companies.
Our 15 facilities are spread throughout Scania and Kronoberg counties, and the entire group has approximately 250 employees with an annual turnover of approximately 2 billion SEK. The companies are dealers with associated workshop authorization for Renault and Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles, Dacia, Lexus, XPENG, and Volvo Trucks. Our workshops also service other brands, and through our partnership with Däckteam, we handle everything related to tires. We also offer car rentals through Hertz and have facilities for fueling, washing, and charging at several locations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a tire changer, you will primarily work with changing tires, and you will also assist with any customer inquiries and potentially some tire storage management. Our goal is for all customers who come here to receive friendly and professional service and leave completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed. We can only achieve this through employees who enjoy their work and like providing service to our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are primarily seeking someone with previous experience, but you do not need specialized prior knowledge as we will train you on-site. However, you should be handy with tools and machinery and preferably have a genuine interest in cars. A Class B driver's license is required. To succeed in this role, you must be hardworking, stress-resistant, thorough, and physically strong as heavy lifting is involved. As a person, you are a team player, confident, flexible, and helpful. You always strive to exceed customer expectations and see service as a natural part of your work. It is important to you to contribute to a good atmosphere and camaraderie with your colleagues at the workplace.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
The position runs from mid-October for approximately 1.5 months. This is a seasonal position, and hiring will take place by agreement. We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
