What the Position Entails
As a Project-Leading Designer, you work in a dynamic team where you are involved from the start of projects and subsequently lead them through detailed planning, design, and installation. You are responsible for:
Providing technical support to sales and procurement at the start of complex elevator projects
Detailed engineering for the customer, including AutoCAD drawings, technical calculations, and measurements
Active ongoing dialogue with the customer regarding the elevator installation and project details such as interior design, colors, lighting, and more
Creating orders, drawings, and technical documentation
Continuous follow-up of orders, deliveries, handling of corrections, and coordination with the installation team
In this role, you combine customer contact, project management, and CAD drawings – and your organization, customer dialogue, and decision-making ability are critical to project success.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for you if you want to combine technical interest, close customer dialogue, delivery projects, drawings, and logistics. If you have experience in the elevator or installation industry, that's a plus but not a requirement.
We're looking for someone with:
Technical education background; upper secondary school and/or higher education or equivalent practical work experience
Basic experience with AutoCAD
Experience with installation or delivery projects and customer dialogue
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
You are organized, thorough, and quality-focused. You have a natural sense for customer contact, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you lead and drive technology projects without losing sight of the big picture. You are unpretentious, proactive, and enjoy collaborations where you help both customers and teams achieve results.
