We're looking for someone who wants to lead inspiring group fitness classes and help our members have a workout experience that makes them want to come back – again and again.
Practical Information
WHAT Hourly position with typically 1–5 scheduled classes per week (one class is approximately 30–55 minutes). The number of classes varies based on the facility's needs and your availability.
We are currently recruiting new instructors for the following concepts: HIIT Fullbody and Tabata. Please mention in your application which concept you're most interested in teaching.
WHERE Fitness24Seven Uppsala Centrum
WHEN We're looking for someone available on weekday evenings, approximately 17:00–19:00, preferably on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you're an important part of our members' workout experience. You guide participants through the class, inspire movement joy, and create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included – regardless of fitness level.
In this role, you will:
Lead group fitness classes according to set concept structures
Inspire and motivate participants to progress in their training
Adapt exercises for different abilities and levels
Contribute to a safe, positive, and energetic training environment
Be an ambassador for Fitness24Seven's values and training philosophy
We believe training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible for everyone. That's why our classes are designed so participants can adjust their workout based on their own level and how they feel that day.
No instructor certification? No problem.

Has a strong interest in fitness and health
Enjoys inspiring and motivating other people
Feels comfortable speaking to and leading a group
Is engaged, positive, and responsible
Has personal experience with the type of training or category you want to instruct
Previous instructor experience is a plus, but not required. We place great importance on your personality, energy, and desire to develop.
