We are seeking a truck driver with a crane (HIAB driver) for our client to work on a large project in Boden, Sweden. EMPLOYMENT TERMS Work Location: Boden, Sweden Start Date: As soon as possible Project Duration: Minimum 6 months Work Schedule: Full-time Accommodation: Provided by the client Tax-Free Allowances: Swedish meal allowance of 300 SEK/day, which after three months will be reduced to 235 SEK/day. JOB DESCRIPTION – HIAB DRIVER You will perform a wide range of lifting work on a large industrial construction site. The largest cranes you will operate have a lifting capacity of 165 tonmeters (T/m) and consist primarily of Fassi and Palfinger cranes. Your work tasks will include: - Standard transport and material handling lifts - More advanced and precision-demanding lifting and assembly work - Planning lifts together with other trades - Close collaboration with assemblers, lift supervisors, and work management - Understanding and adapting to changing conditions on the work site while working safely and efficiently - Safe loading and unloading - Handling of lifting equipment, rigging, and lifting gear This is more than just operating a crane – you need to understand the entire lifting process and be able to work safely and professionally with others on the site. REQUIREMENTS - Driver's License Category C (Category CE certification is a plus) - Valid crane license - Valid digital tachograph card WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU - Have experience operating a truck with a crane (HIAB) - Have good knowledge of workplace health and safety - Are responsible, self-motivated, and proactive - Hold the certificates and licenses required for the position - Have previous experience with mobile cranes or other vehicle-mounted cranes (a plus) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The Boden project recently received new financing and the work site is currently being established. Since the project is not yet in full operation, the initial work schedule will be: - Monday-Friday - 8 hours per day Once the project is in full operation, the work schedule will transition to a more traditional rotation schedule for industrial projects: Monday-Saturday - 10 hours per day - Two weeks work followed by one week off This is an excellent opportunity for you if you want to participate in a long-term project in a demanding and exciting industrial environment.
