About the role Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping elderly people in their own homes with personal care, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning and responding to safety alarms. The work tasks also include carrying out social documentation and performing certain health and medical care tasks on delegation from a nurse.
