About the role As a home care assistant in Stockholm, you help people manage their daily lives in their own homes through safe and respectful support — from personal hygiene and assistance with dressing to meals, medication reminders, and practical help around the house. The work is varied and centers on creating security and dignity for the client while collaborating with colleagues and family members. What you will do Provide support with personal hygiene and assistance with dressing Assist with meals and ensure adequate nutrition Remind about and help with medications according to prescriptions Perform practical help around the home, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping Document services and report changes in the client's health Follow safety procedures and care plans to ensure quality care Collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other parties for the best possible care What you bring Education in healthcare and elderly care or equivalent experience from home care Experience with documentation and basic medication handling, or willingness to learn Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn more and help others develop in the workplace Salary and employment type There are positions available as full-time, part-time, or as needed; salary and employment type are determined in conversation with SuperRen based on your background, your goals, and how good the match is — which provides flexibility as an advantage for you.
