As a home care coordinator at the Bulltofta unit, Soltofta resource area, you will have a central role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating home care services – all to ensure the operation runs smoothly and securely for everyone. Work Tasks As a home care coordinator, you will have an overall view of the operation and be responsible for daily coordination and schedule planning of home care services within the Soltofta resource area. You will work closely with the section manager and employees in the resource area's sections to ensure a well-functioning operation. Your role includes responsibility for absence planning and short-term staffing, which you will primarily work with in the Lifecare Planering system. You will receive orders from the municipality and handle ongoing administrative and operation-related tasks. You will have daily contact with Malmö residents, relatives, and internal and external partners. As a coordinator, you will create schedules and maintain a professional and respectful approach toward employees. Good communication is central to the role, and you are confident in daily conversations with staff, where collaboration and clear communication are essential for success. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Upper secondary education equivalent to 3 years Experience in coordinating or coordination work within health and social care Proficiency using the computer as a tool and resource, with the willingness and ability to quickly learn new programs and systems Good Swedish in speech and writing It is advantageous if you: Have education focused on health and social care Have experience in municipal operations Have worked in any of the following systems: Medvind, Vikariebanken, or Lifecare Planering Are multilingual You should have a holistic perspective and be able to consider the entire operation's best interests in your decisions and actions, while understanding your own role and its importance. You should have good collaboration skills and work attentively, communicatively, and constructively with others, even in situations where different needs need to be balanced. You should be service-oriented, stable, and confident in your interactions, even in stressful situations, and be able to prioritize effectively. Furthermore, you should work in a structured and independent manner by planning, organizing, and driving your work forward with responsibility and engagement.
