Are you a nursing assistant with a professional certificate and previous experience in home care? We're looking for you to work day shifts (including weekend services) – maybe you're exactly who we're looking for in our team! We constantly work on developing our operations and ensure quality through, among other things, self-evaluations. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our services – we can always improve. Competence is important – We offer training in dementia care, ergonomics, etc. We provide care and services to our customers through care decisions and actively work with contact person assignments. We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, who respects our customers, and who understands that providing the absolute best service is extremely important. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also as part of a team, as the work sometimes requires two people. It's important that you speak and write Swedish fluently and have phone experience to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. Our customers sometimes have pets, so you need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies. We travel between our customers by bicycle, so cycling experience is a requirement.
