You are punctual and responsible, with an eye for detail and a positive attitude. About the Role As a house cleaner at Välstädat, you're responsible for cleaning our customers' homes with the highest quality. Your mission is to always provide the best possible service. You work independently and sometimes in pairs, and you're responsible for ensuring that your customers are satisfied. Your tasks include: Vacuuming and dusting. Mopping and surface cleaning. Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens. Ironing, folding, and washing clothes. Changing sheets and making beds. Going the extra mile for the customer's home with a positive attitude. You should: Have previous experience from a service profession. Speak, understand, and write basic Swedish. Be able to work flexible hours, Monday – Friday, between 8 – 16. It is highly desirable if you have previously worked as a house cleaner. It is important that you have a valid B-category driver's license. We offer, among other things: Fixed monthly salary with opportunity for extra hours. A permanent employment contract with 80-90% employment rate, which begins with a trial period. Collective agreement and good employment terms. Liability insurance, sick leave insurance, and pension insurance. Training in house cleaning, with a focus on your development.
