Initially, you'll work as a temporary employee filling in as needed, but for the right person, there's the possibility of a permanent position down the line. 🏠 Primarily house cleaning Our work consists mainly of house cleaning, but also includes move-out cleaning and commercial cleaning. It's important to understand that house cleaning is not the same as regular facility maintenance. We work in people's private homes. Therefore, it's essential that you are thorough, careful, observant, and respectful of both the customer's home and their belongings. It's not enough to just "clean" – we want you to notice that little extra something and leave a result you can be proud of. We think you're a good fit for us if you: ✔️ Are very thorough and have an eye for detail ✔️ Are punctual and keep to schedules – this is very important ✔️ Are responsible and reliable ✔️ Can work independently and take your own initiative ✔️ At the same time, work well with others ✔️ Have respect for the fact that we work in people's homes ✔️ Are service-minded and pleasant with our customers ✔️ Are flexible and can step in when needed ✔️ Have a positive attitude and want to do a really good job A driver's license is not required, but it's highly advantageous. 🚗 How the workday works We start and end the workday in Västra Frölunda/Grimmered. From there, we drive out to our customers and work in their homes. Therefore, you need to be able to get to our starting and ending point every workday. ❗ This job isn't for everyone If you're someone who easily gets stressed working carefully, don't think punctuality is important, or prefer to get the job done as quickly as possible, this is probably not the right job for you.
