About the Work As a house cleaner, you'll work primarily in the homes of our private customers, ensuring that cleaning is performed thoroughly, efficiently, and with respect for the customer's home. You'll have regular customers, independent work, and support from both your supervisor and colleagues when you need it. The role includes: Performing regular house cleaning for private customers Following the company's checklists and quality procedures Providing customers with friendly and professional service Reporting work hours and any discrepancies Collaborating with supervisors and colleagues Assisting with other cleaning assignments within the company when needed What We Offer You Flexible working hours – part-time or full-time, you choose Orientation and practical training Regular, long-term customer assignments – no new uncertainty every week Close support from your supervisor A stable, growing company Opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time Salary based on experience and skills Who Are We Looking For? You are: Thorough and quality-conscious Punctual and reliable Service-oriented and respectful Positive and solution-focused Flexible and helpful Comfortable working independently Good at following instructions and procedures You communicate in Swedish or English. Previous house cleaning experience is a plus, but not required if you're motivated and willing to learn. A driver's license is also a plus.
