Hemfrid is growing in several parts of Västerås and the surrounding areas, and we are now looking for several new colleagues who want to be part of our continued growth! We are looking for employees in different parts of Västerås, which means that we have opportunities in several locations in the area. When you apply for this position, you may therefore be considered for an area based on our current needs and where our customers are located. As a Home Cleaner at Hemfrid, you will work in our customers' homes and help make their everyday lives easier and more comfortable. You will have a varied working day and become part of an international team with engaged colleagues from all over the world. What do we offer? 75–80% position, depending on the area and current needs Collective agreement and secure employment terms Fixed monthly salary Mileage compensation when using your own car for work Paid travel time between customers Insurance and occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year Free mobile phone subscription Free training in cleaning and service Field Lead/Buddy support in your daily work Team meetings and social activities Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who: Is thorough, responsible, and service-oriented Enjoys creating clean and comfortable homes Is flexible and enjoys working with different customers Speaks Swedish or English Can work Monday–Friday between 08:00–17:00 Requirements Category B driving license Access to your own car Experience in cleaning or service is advantageous.
