As a Service Team Member, you'll have a varied role where you perform different types of cleaning tasks while ensuring our customers receive consistently high-quality service. You'll work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and become an important part of the field team. Your responsibilities may include: - Initial cleanings - Deep cleanings - Window cleaning - Covering shifts as needed - Quality inspections - Training new staff when necessary - Key management when required You'll primarily work in Partille and surrounding areas, with the option to support nearby regions when needed. Who We're Looking For: We're seeking someone with home cleaning experience who values quality and customer service. You're confident in your work and take responsibility for delivering thorough and professional results.
