HEMFRID IS SEEKING DEDICATED HOME CLEANERS IN MALMÖ Do you enjoy creating clean and comfortable homes? At Hemfrid, you work independently with cleaning in customers' homes, while receiving support from dedicated colleagues and your direct manager. We are now looking for thorough and service-oriented home cleaners for Malmö and the surrounding area. We are looking for someone who is: Thorough and quality-conscious Responsible and reliable Service-oriented and professional Independent and organized Flexible and comfortable with varying work days Physically active and enjoys practical work Interested in developing within cleaning and service Comfortable working both independently and with others Able to communicate in Swedish or English Able to work Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Requirements B driver's license and own car Ability to understand instructions and communicate in Swedish or English Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks Flexibility regarding working hours and different work locations Thoroughness and attention to quality Meritorious Experience in professional cleaning Experience in home cleaning Experience in deep cleaning or move-out cleaning Previous experience from service occupations About the job As a home cleaner at Hemfrid, you primarily work with cleaning in our customers' homes. You are responsible for creating clean and comfortable homes and delivering high-quality service. You will meet different customers and environments, which makes your work days varied. We provide you with an introduction to the work and you will receive support from, among others, a Field Lead/Buddy during your first time with us.
