HEMFRID SEEKING SERVICE TEAM MEMBER IN KALMAR – QUALITY, SERVICE AND RESPONSIBILITY Do you have cleaning experience, a Category B driving license and access to your own car? Do you enjoy working with quality, service and variety? Then the role of Service Team Member at Hemfrid could be something for you. We are now seeking a Service Team Member for Kalmar. As a Service Team Member, you will have a varied role where you perform different types of cleaning assignments and contribute to ensuring our customers receive consistently high quality service. You work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and become an important part of the team in the field. What do we offer? A 75% position Collective agreement and secure employment conditions Fixed monthly salary – the same salary every month Mileage compensation between customers for those using their own car for work Paid travel time between customers Insurance (illness, liability and occupational pension) Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year Free mobile subscription Free training in home cleaning and advanced training in service and cleaning Team meetings and shared activities About the role As a Service Team Member, you help ensure the quality of our assignments and provide support to both customers and colleagues. Your tasks may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Covering shifts Quality inspections Introduction of new employees when needed Key handling when needed Since the role involves travel between different customers and areas, a Category B driving license and access to your own car is a requirement. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who is accustomed to working with quality and service. You are confident in your work and take responsibility for ensuring the work is completed carefully and professionally. We would like to see that you: Have a Category B driving license and access to your own car Are careful and quality-conscious Are responsible and self-driven Have a professional and service-oriented approach Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Are flexible and solution-oriented Want to develop and take on more responsibility Experience with deep cleaning, move-out cleaning or window cleaning is advantageous.
