Full-time Personal Assistant to Active Man in Täby Starting 1/9

We are seeking several engaged and confident personal assistants for an active man in his 50s who, due to his illness, has extensive support needs and requires assistance and help in his daily life to live an independent life. We are looking for both personal assistants on fixed schedules and substitute staff. About the Role As a personal assistant, you will provide support in all aspects of daily life both at home and outside the home. The work involves providing assistance with personal care, transfers, meals, and other daily activities based on the client's wishes and everyday needs. You will need to support the client in creating an active and meaningful daily life by taking walks and accompanying him to rehabilitation several times a week. The client is tall and has impaired balance, so you need to feel confident providing physical support as transfers are performed several times per day. Currently, the client has alternate housing every 3 weeks and no assistance is provided during those times. Who Are You We are seeking several personal assistants who are positive, calm, and enjoy being a support in someone's daily life. You contribute with confidence, motivation, and good company. It's great if you enjoy exercise, health, and sports since the client has a strong interest in sports. This is a new assignment and you have the chance to be part of shaping the arrangement from the beginning. If you have experience with similar work, that's a plus, but the most important thing is the personal chemistry and that you are engaged and confident in your role.
