The Role
We are now looking for additional colleagues for our assignments throughout our Stockholm business area (and surrounding region) to continue driving development in the parking industry. The parking enforcement officer role is characterized by "freedom with responsibility" where you independently monitor our customers' facilities to promote traffic safety, improve traffic flow, and enhance residential environments.
You will be employed in Stockholm and the work may involve shifts in other parts of the region.
You will work according to operational needs and may be based in southern or northern Stockholm, though this may change over time.
You will, for example:
- Monitor facilities by vehicle and on foot
- Verify that parking regulations are being followed
- Ensure correct and clear signage is in place within the area
- Issue parking citations for violations
- Assist parkers on-site with parking-related questions
- Assist parkers on-site with questions about our digital services
We believe you have a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and initiative. We also see that you maintain good order and organization, can plan and organize your own work, and have a sense of quality. Qualifications:
- Hold a valid class B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles for at least 2 years
- Excellent Swedish language skills
- Upper secondary education
Meritorious Experience:
- Previous experience as a parking enforcement officer
- Previous experience in security/monitoring

Employment
This is a full-time position with work hours covering daytime, evening, and night shifts throughout the year. Start date is by agreement and begins with an internal training period of approximately one to two weeks covering parking and signage laws and regulations. Upon hiring, a police background check will be requested. Salary and employment terms follow the collective agreement. The salary for new hires is 27,004 kr per month.
