Position We are now looking for more colleagues for our assignments throughout our Luleå business area (and surrounding region) to continue advancing the parking industry. Work as a parking attendant is characterized by "freedom under own responsibility" where you independently monitor our customers' facilities to promote traffic safety, improve traffic flow, and enhance the quality of residential environments. You will be employed in Luleå and the work may involve shifts in other parts of the region. You will work according to operational needs and will operate from our Luleå office. You will, for example: - Monitor facilities by car and on foot - Ensure parking regulations are being followed - Ensure correct and clear signage exists within the area - Issue parking violation notices for infractions - Assist parkers on-site with parking-related questions - Assist parkers on-site with questions about our digital services We believe you have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, are skilled at communicating with other people, and have drive. Furthermore, we see that you find it easy to maintain good order and organization, can plan and organize your own work independently, and have a sense of quality. Qualifications: - Held B driving license for manual vehicles for at least 2 years - Very good Swedish language skills - Upper secondary school competence Merits: - Previous experience as a parking attendant - Previous experience in security To thrive, we believe you are: - Service-oriented - Independent and responsible - Calm and objective in your approach - Flexible; the work involves varying work days, work hours, and considerable outdoor work Employment The position is full-time with work hours scheduled during day, evening, and night shifts throughout the year. Start date is by agreement and begins with an internal training period of approximately one to two weeks covering the laws and regulations that apply to parking and signage (property grounds). Upon employment, a police criminal record certificate will be requested. Salary and employment terms are in accordance with collective agreement. The salary for a new employee is 27,004 kr per month.
