The Role We are now seeking additional colleagues for our assignments in the Eastern region to continue developing the parking industry. Work as a parking enforcement officer is characterized by "freedom with responsibility" where you independently monitor our customers' facilities to promote traffic safety, improve traffic flow, and enhance quality of life in residential environments. You will be employed and based at our office in Norrköping, and the work will involve shifts in other parts of the region such as Norrköping and surrounding areas, Linköping, Örebro, and nearby towns. You will, for example: - Monitor facilities by vehicle and on foot - Check that parking regulations are complied with - Ensure correct and clear signage within the area - Issue penalty notices for violations - Assist parkers on-site with parking-related questions We believe you have a sense of attention to detail, are good at communicating with other people, and have initiative. We also see that you easily maintain good order and organization, can plan and organize your work independently, and have a sense of quality. Qualifications: - Valid B-class driver's license for manual transmission for at least 2 years - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English - Upper secondary school education Merits: - Previous experience as a parking enforcement officer - Previous experience in security We believe you thrive if you are: - Service-oriented - Independent and responsible - Calm and objective in your approach - Flexible; the work involves varying work days, hours, and extensive outdoor work Employment The position is full-time with shifts during daytime, evening, and night throughout the year. Start date by agreement. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period. Work begins with internal training of approximately one to two weeks on the laws and regulations applicable to parking and signage (private land). Upon employment, a criminal record check from the police will be requested. Salary and employment terms are according to collective agreement. The base salary for new employees (first 6 months) is 27004 kr according to the collective agreement.
