Employment Terms and Conditions Schedule: Saturday and Sunday Working hours: 07:00 - 15:30 or 15:30 - 22:00 Employment type: On-demand employment Start date: Immediately Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby and work within Täby municipality. Job Responsibilities – What will you do? As a temporary employee with us, you'll work in customers' homes with varying services based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and mobility support Social support & conversation – provide security through presence and good care Daily living support – help with meals and light household tasks Supervision & safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care Documentation – document according to care plans Who are you? We're looking for someone who is engaged and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care: Nursing assistant education (Highly desirable) – you have completed training, preferably with experience Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly Driver's license category B (Required) – you are a safe and experienced driver Comfortable cycling – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bicycle Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
