DenBro Omsorg is seeking weekend staff for our Youth Residential Home in Värends Nöbbele Please note! Relevant education is a requirement. Experience working in a care and educational capacity with our target group is required. A driver's license and access to your own vehicle are required to commute to the workplace. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written/in social documentation. We welcome more adults to our children's and youth residential home Ekgården in Värends Nöbbele! To be a good fit with us, you should have a big heart, strong competence, and experience working with children and young people with disabilities! We want you to have relevant education and to have worked with our target group within LSS previously. We believe you may be trained as a nursing assistant, but are now studying further and want extra work on certain weekends. You will work at our residential home in Värends Nöbbele. You will work two weekends over 6 weeks, but there is an opportunity to work extra in between if needed. We would like you to start as soon as possible. There are currently 5 young people living at our home. The young people who come to us need a lot of support, care, and assistance. They need kind adults who can meet them with compassion, competence, playfulness, and warmth. As someone who will work with us, you need to have relevant education. We want you to have experience working with children and young people who are physically ill and have physical and intellectual disabilities. We also want you to have good knowledge of LAB, TAKK, and AKK. You should be well-versed in various pedagogical supports and assistive devices that can facilitate daily life for our young people. You should have experience documenting in social journals and working with implementation plans. Working hours are primarily scheduled for weekends. The residence is located at Almqvists Väg 15A in Värends Nöbbele, approximately 20 minutes outside Växjö. A driver's license is required to commute to the workplace.
