About the position: We are now seeking a personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy near Ullared. Working hours: 08:00-18:00 weekends/public holidays/vacation periods. Employment level: By agreement/Extra as needed Start date: Immediate As an assistant, you will help the customer with all daily activities, including assistance with hygiene and personal care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and able to adapt to another person's needs. We are looking for someone with experience working with children, particularly valuable if you have experience with children with special needs. It is important to be alert, physically active, and maintain a youthful spirit—someone who enjoys a fast pace and playfulness. Job description: The customer is an active 10-year-old who loves spending time outdoors. He has very limited verbal communication but uses certain signs that, with familiarity, become understandable. He lives at home, and work takes place independently in the family home or on outings. There is a large dog on the property as well as horses, so it is important that you are not afraid of animals. It would be a clear advantage if you have experience with horses/riding, as our customer has a pony that he enjoys riding. Qualifications: Requirements: - Calm and clear in your approach and communication - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as you will be receiving and giving instructions regarding the customer's personal care - B-category driver's license - Experience working with children Merits: - Experience working as a personal assistant - Experience working with children - Experience with personal care for children - Familiarity with sign language communication Language requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
