We now have the opportunity to offer you a full-time position in home care services. A full-time position means you work Friday through Monday. This can give you good opportunities to, for example, combine work with studies, family life, or whatever suits you best. As a full-time employee, you work within the municipality's home care services, where you are an important part of creating security, continuity, and good quality of life for our clients. Job duties include: • Personal care and support with daily activities • Social support and activation • Health and medical care services • Documentation according to current procedures • Collaboration with colleagues and other professionals We are now seeking both nursing assistants and care attendants for our bike and car groups in home care services. Work shifts are during day and evening hours, Friday through Monday. With us, you get varied work where you support clients in their homes and contribute to increased independence and quality of life. The activities are characterized by close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and support from your manager, nurses, rehabilitation staff, home care coordinators, and staffing planners. Duration: Permanent Working hours: Day and evening. 30 hours/week. Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking: • Nursing assistants and care attendants • Those with a B driver's license, for groups where a driver's license is required • Those who can cycle on the job, for the central groups You have a warm and professional demeanor, are responsible, confident and flexible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written, are attentive, service-oriented, and take your own initiative. In your work, you use mobile phones and digital tools, which requires solid digital skills. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. We offer mentoring and introduction to the job.
