Description We are seeking a weekend care assistant for Lindgården, Saturday and Sunday daytime or evening shifts. Weekend service every other week. Lindgården is a residential facility with 37 apartments. The position is based on one unit, but work on other units may occur. Required to have approved medication delegation, which is completed on-site. We maintain good contact with a nurse every day, and rehabilitation is provided as soon as needed, which means several times per week. As a care assistant, you will have various responsibilities including documentation. Job Responsibilities To provide care and service centered on the user's needs according to care decisions and implementation plans, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Job responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. Qualifications Care and nursing program or other education that provides care assistant competence as well as good IT skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Medication delegation. Conditions Before being offered employment, a certificate from the police register must be presented. As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected professional title and you must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title care assistant.
