Do you want to be part of building the city underground? As our new project manager in Water and Sewage, you'll have a key role in developing and renewing infrastructure in Eskilstuna. You'll lead our investment projects with a focus on pipe network renewal. In close collaboration with both operations and contractors, we develop sustainable and efficient solutions.
Water is our most important nutrient and the source of all life. In our Water and Sewage business area, we provide the residents of Eskilstuna and Strängnäs with the water they need daily. In the Projects and Investment department, we work with planning and execution of major investments and projects within the water and sewage sector, in both Eskilstuna and Strängnäs. We are in an expansive phase with a great need to renew and upgrade existing facilities, and that's why we need you!
Your responsibilities
You drive development forward for both the business and society at large. In our strategic partnership, you work in an integrated organization with operations, construction management, and contractors. You ensure project progress through scheduling, cost management, documentation and ongoing dialogues with the steering committee.
You ensure necessary documentation, consultations and permits.
You contribute to good communication, better working methods, learning and innovation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and previous experience
We're looking for someone who can effectively drive projects forward with a strong ability to balance different stakeholders' needs, requirements and financial frameworks, while seeing the big picture. You work in a structured manner and ensure that the team delivers on schedule while managing multiple concurrent issues. Your leadership is crucial for creating well-functioning water and sewage systems today and in the future.
You have experience driving technical projects within water and sewage, land, facilities or other infrastructure.
You are confident in different project phases and experienced working with multiple stakeholders, clear deliverables and responsibility for progress, finances and quality.
You may have post-secondary education relevant to the role. This could be in roads and water, facilities or similar, with basic knowledge of contracts, construction law and other regulations governing water and sewage projects.
Experience working in partnership is a plus.
