This is a parental leave replacement position until June 2027 where we're looking for a sharp person who wants to contribute to clear and engaging customer experiences. Over the next three years, we're focusing on electricity sales along with related products such as charging stations and solar panels, primarily for residential customers.
Your Responsibilities
You'll be part of our market and communications department but work closely with both the sales department and other relevant internal or external resources. You'll have significant responsibility for activities, creativity, and results. This work area is a focus area that the company is investing heavily in, with great development opportunities. The position is relatively new and needs to be shaped and built up.
You will:
- Work on getting marketing and sales up and running both physically and digitally. This includes participating in various events or being present in other locations relevant to your target audience.
- Develop campaigns, work with advertising, websites, and follow up on our various initiatives. In doing so, you'll contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening our brand presence while also quality-assuring our content.
- Contribute with improvement suggestions for our internal workflows. We need to work as efficiently as possible while utilizing our existing expertise.

Education and Previous Experience
We're looking for someone with a keen sense of capturing customer needs and knowing how to translate that into profitable and sustainable solutions. You thrive when you have multiple points of contact and are attracted to the challenge of helping build something from the ground up.
You have:
- Some form of post-secondary education in marketing, communications, sales, or similar.
- Several years of experience in sales, marketing, or in other areas relevant to this position.
