We're now looking for the next everyday hero for our 2nd line service desk where you'll handle and resolve more complex IT issues and provide support to the 1st line in more specialized troubleshooting. This is a role for you who enjoys working closely with users in daily operations, and within one of the region's most important areas.

Your responsibilities
You'll become part of a skilled and cohesive team with opportunities to develop technically and contribute to the evolution of work methods and services. The role offers a varied workday with both technical challenges and close dialogue with the operations, colleagues, and suppliers. You'll contribute to stable IT delivery through management of IT equipment, troubleshooting, configuration and installation, account and license management, and some monitoring.
You'll help ensure efficient case management by structuring, documenting, and further developing processes, knowledge articles, and work methods. Our focus is high user satisfaction, fast and quality-assured problem solving, and continuously improved support to the operations.

Education and previous experience
We're looking for someone others ask when something goes wrong and who actually solves the problem. With drive, structure, and a genuine service focus, you take responsibility, make things happen, and ensure knowledge doesn't stop with you. You enjoy collaboration, communicate clearly, and stay calm even when the pace picks up.
You have at least completed upper secondary education in IT, technology, or similar.
You have several years of experience in 2nd line support where you've worked with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, AD, GPO, Entra, and client installation.
We'd like you to have experience with Exchange hybrid environments, networking/communications, ITIL, application packaging, AV equipment, and monitoring with system alerts and logs.
