Order and organization don't happen by themselves. It requires someone who sees the big picture, dares to point out the direction, and actually gets things done. If you recognize yourself in that description, then maybe you're the one we're looking for.
In the Environment and Quality department, we coordinate, develop, and manage the company's information management, quality, and sustainability work. Right now, the development of company-wide approaches to information and quality is a priority area. We want to take the next step in information management, and the focus is to create better structure, clearer governance, and smarter ways to handle information throughout the company—that's why we need you!
Your Responsibilities
This is a role for someone who likes responsibility, not just in theory but in practice. You'll be joining a small team where we need to be sharp, support each other, and build something that lasts. Here you'll find both an important mission and colleagues who want the same thing: to get order into what matters.
You drive and develop the entire company's information management together with our archivist and records manager. From vision to structure, working methods, and implementation in the organization. You help ensure that legal requirements, standards, and operational needs become clear and actionable.
You educate, support, and create conditions to strengthen information management throughout the organization and ensure the work functions effectively and correctly.
You are the system administrator for our information system Evolution, and you lead the work to develop system support so that it actually works for our operations.
"At ESEM we have an exciting and important societal mission where we can create real social value together," says Maryam Zeitooni Dicker, Head of Operations Support.
Education and Previous Experience
We're looking for someone with the ability to make the complex understandable and who knows how to create direction even when there are conflicting interests. You step forward when needed, keep the big picture together, and make sure that what's said actually gets done. You don't need to be the loudest voice, but you need to be able to create clarity while respecting the people you work with. Together we'll build something really good.
You have relevant education in information science or similar.
You understand information management in public sector operations and know what it takes to make it work in everyday practice. You're experienced with change management and driving development together with others.
You learn new systems quickly and use them smartly.
We know what we need, and now we want to know who you are. Apply!
