About the Position
As Head of Technology, you have overall responsibility for technical business development, system architecture and technology development within Brenderup's rental business. You work closely with management and operations while also providing technical support to the development team.
You are responsible for developing and maintaining the technical vision, architecture and roadmap, and ensuring that technology choices support business objectives, scalability and future growth. The responsibility also includes the system landscape, technical principles and quality levels, and you function as a technical decision-maker and advisor to management.
Furthermore, you lead and develop a development team of three people and create conditions for technical solutions to generate business value and commercial value. The role is both strategic and operational, and it is important that you thrive in the interplay between long-term work and daily implementation.
About You
We are looking for someone with solid experience in system architecture and technical leadership, and who enjoys a role where you combine strategic responsibility with close work in operations. You have a strong technical background in modern application platforms and a good understanding of how technology creates value for the customer. It is a merit if you have experience with how AI-based solutions can be used in system development, with an understanding of how these can streamline and further develop working methods and technical solutions.
You have the ability to make long-term technical decisions in a business-driven context with international presence and are used to collaborating between technology and business.
As a person, you are goal-oriented and structured, and thrive in a role where you combine strategic responsibility with operational engagement. You are a good communicator who can take a stand, argue clearly and at the same time listen to others' perspectives. Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in technology, people and business.

The position is located in Stigamo, Jönköping. You report to the Business Unit Rental Director and are part of Rental's management team.
